Investor Mistakes: Anchoring

Human beings have a natural tendency to “anchor” things – like buying a car based on a monthly payment, or chasing returns on investments that have done well, rather than rebalancing your portfolio. Even accepting a college tuition rate with negotiating can be a form of anchoring! Don’t fall for this – rather, “anchor” your financial goals. We discuss how in this video.
